Alternatively, if you have a lead but prefer not to engage directly with the seller, Valley-Point offers a seamless process where we handle everything from initial contact to securing the contract and managing all necessary paperwork and financial arrangements. In this scenario, you only need to provide us with the lead information by answering a few simple questions. Once the lead is submitted, Valley-Point takes over, ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish. For your contribution, you will receive 30% of the assignment fee. This arrangement allows you to focus on sourcing new opportunities, knowing that our experienced team will manage all the details to successfully close the deal.
